Service Area

We dispatch across the Austin metro — campgrounds, RV parks, storage lots, private property and roadside.

Outside the metro? Dripping Springs, Bastrop, Elgin and Liberty Hill sit beyond some technicians' included radius, and mileage may be charged past a set distance — commonly a set distance. Ask when you call.

Where the work actually happens

Most calls are not at a repair shop address, because that is the entire point of mobile service. In practice a technician comes to one of four places.

  • Campgrounds and RV parks. The most common. Check whether your park requires contractors to sign in at the office — several around the metro do, and it saves the tech circling the loop looking for your site number.
  • Storage lots. Extremely common in Round Rock, Hutto and Pflugerville. You will usually need to meet the technician to get them through the gate, and lots with no shore power limit what can be tested — mention it when you book.
  • Your driveway or property. The easiest scenario. Level ground, power available, and room to run the slides out for access.
  • Roadside. Possible, but only where it is safe to work. A shoulder on a busy stretch of I‑35 generally is not; a frontage road, a lot or a rest area usually is. If it is not safe, the first move is getting the rig moved, not repaired.

What slows a call down

Gate codes nobody has, a site too tight to extend the slide for access, no shore power when the fault only appears under load, and rigs parked so that the affected side is up against a fence. None of these are dealbreakers — they just cost time, and time is billed hourly. Mentioning them up front is worth real money.
